CHEF AND FOUNDER
Hetan Shah is founder and Managing Director of Taj Mahal. Hetan arrived in London in 1990, to pursue his culinary journey having worked in various restaurants in India, Thailand and Dubai, where he perfected his skills by combining the spices and specialities of these countries.
